Kirksey Law Firm Online Payments

My clients can now use the LawPay Merchant Account to pay my invoices and trust fund retainers either online or at the office of Kirksey Law Firm.  As the only payment solution recommended by more than 60 state and local bar associations, it complies with ABA and state requirements for managing client funds. Unlike traditional merchant accounts, it correctly handles earned and unearned fees. Therefore, I can now accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit and debit card payments from my clients for services rendered or trust fund retainers.

NOTICE:  This secure method of payment has been established as a convenience for existing clients of Kirksey Law Firm P.L.L.C. and new clients that have entered into a new fee agreement for legal services.  Only existing or new clients with an existing fee agreement or attorney-client relationship with Kirksey Law Firm, P.L.L.C. may use this Payments page.  Click here to read more about LawPay.

All funds received by this method of payment will be deposited into the Trust Account of Kirksey Law Firm P.L.L.C and used for legal services rendered by Erin N. Kirksey on behalf of the client.  Funds deposited to the trust account will be transferred manually by check to the operating account of Kirksey Law Firm, P.L.L.C. only after the fees have been earned pursuant to our agreement for attorney fees.

If you are not a client of this firm, and I have not formally agreed to represent you, do not send funds.  Do not make payment(s) of any kind unless you have consulted with Erin N. Kirksey and have a documented fee agreement for legal services in which Erin N. Kirksey has expressly agreed to represent you.  Merely depositing funds in the trust account does not create an attorney-client relationship with me unless we have an express fee agreement.

REMINDER: If you would like an email confirmation of your payment to me through LawPay, be sure and provide your email address in the box provided on the form.  This is not a required field on the form but is necessary for you to receive an email confirmation.
